Payment policy
Payment is needed beforehand ot book your cakes or desserts.
WE DO TAKE NON REFUNDABLE deposits to book as well.
After deposit is paid- we need payment in full a WEEK before event or delievery.
We take credit cards, VENMO and cashapp.
Please make sure you give us correct time and address.
It's important to make sure someone is there to accept delivery.
We simply can't leave cake a unattended at an apartment door or porch.
We do our best to accommodate with changed times and places.
If we aren't notified of the changes and there is no one to receive the items there will be a $50 redelivery fee.
We love pets but please put your animals away when we deliver.
Over the years there have been some very unhappy accidents.
Ordering
We make our cakes fresh to order.
We do book up quickly on weekends so plan ahead!
We must have at least a 48 hour turnaround time.
We can sometimes do emergency orders but there is an added rush fee.
When ordering a custom cake please provide us with inspiration pics so we can price out the design for you.
This is also to insure that we understand your needs and ideas regarding your cake.
Also please note that we try our best to make the cake look like the picture but there will always be some slight variations.
Only one design change allowed. There is a fee to change it a 3rd time.
Refunds
We do our very best to make our customers happy. Please check over your cake and any additional items when it is delivered to make sure names, designs etc. are correct. After delivery is accepted we can't offer a refund.
Allergies
Unfortunately we can not accommodate sensitive allergy concerns like nuts and those with sensitive celiac issues.
We do our best to not cross contaimate but can't promise someone will be 100% safe with allergies and our products.
We are not a nut free, dairy free or dairy free kitchen.
